Harvest Academy Movers is a moving company with a purpose as a non-profit helping men in the state of Iowa who are dealing with incarceration and addiction get the opportunity to get back on their feet. Our moving company is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, meaning 100% of the cost of your move will go back into our program to help save the lives of our students who make up our crews. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to:
